This operation introduces the miniature Savato bodies in a relatively simple GUILT operation. Start by stitching up the lacerations. When you're done, a new one will form, causing the mini-Savato to spill out onto the organ. The mini-Savato are vulnerable to the laser and are vaporized with simple exposure.
If five or more mini-Savato remain on the organ for long enough, they will summon a blue mini-Savato, which causes a sharp vital drop and reduces max vitals with its very presence. Naturally, it should be vanquished on sight with the laser.
Because of how fast the blue Savato manifests, you practically have to memorize the locations and order where the mini-Savato spawn. Hold your laser over the laceration as it forms, and the mini-Savato should be destroyed almost instantly, giving no time to form a blue Savato. Take care not to let the laser burn out from overuse. In Second Opinion, a timely Healing Touch should let you pick off the Savato before a blue version is summoned.

The biggest obstacle is the "Blue GUILT did not appear" bonus. Memorize the spawn points and hold your laser over them to incinerate the mini-Savato the moment they appear.
