Mary announces her departure from Hope Hospital, as her husband is being relocated to a different office. Amidst the goodbyes, Derek is a little disappointed, and the retired Robert Hoffman shows up to give his farewells too. Before starting on her final procedure with Derek, Mary wishes that she'd seen Dr. Hoffman perform more procedures, but he hasn't done any since an unknown past incident. The operation is exactly like the previous day's, only a little more complex. Derek completes it, and Mary is reassured that he can hold his own without her assistance.
Conference[]
Briefing - UtK
Yesterday's operation went very smoothly. I want you to handle Mr. Spence's operation today. It's another tumor excision. Just be careful, there's more than one this time--don't overlook any.
This is the last time I'll be assisting you, Dr. Stiles. If you can handle this operation, I'll feel much better about leaving.
........
Oh... I didn't mean to upset you.
...but wake up, Dr. Stiles! There's only one person you should be thinking about during an operation, and that's the patient! Do you understand?
Y-Yes, ma'am!
Let's review the main objective of today's operation: - Excise and remove all tumors from the pancreas. Now, think back to yesterday's procedure, and begin.
Here goes... Let's begin the operation!

Operation[]
Like the previous episode, you deal with tumors. The game also introduces inflammations and how to treat them. This time, you're not being instructed by the game, but the process should still be a simple one.
To get a COOL on tumor excision, you need to be able to make the exposing incision without using the ultrasound to reveal their shadows. This can be done through rote memorization of the tumor locations.
Special Bonuses[]
UtK[]
No mistakes
Ultrasound used 3 times or less (?)
Completed with 220 left
3 COOL's earned
SO[]
No mistakes: 1000
Completed with [200/220/260] left: 300
[1/2/3] COOL's earned: 700
Operation Rank[]
UtK[]
S:4500~
SO[]
C:~4099
B:4100~4699
A:4700~5099
S:5100~5399
XS:5400~
Getting XS in SO[]
Like with the previous episode, the XS should be easy so long as you work within the time limit. If you get COOLs with tumor excision then you have more room for error with the closing suture and bandage.
Miscellaneous Dialogue[]
Failure - UtK
What are you doing...!? *sigh* Leave the rest to me...
I guess you needed more guidance... I really didn't think I'd have to hold your hand through this.
