A Real Doctor is Episode 1-6 of Trauma Center: Under the Knife and Second Opinion.
Story
After examining the last clinic patient, Derek gets told off for brushing aside a potentially dangerous sign. He begins operating on a patient with multiple tumors, and makes an uncertain judgment call when the patient doesn't appear to be stabilizing. His mistake has repercussions as the patient destabilizes while he's out of the hospital.
Operation
The patient starts with the small intestine heavily inflamed, and vitals can plummet quickly with this much inflammation. Be quick and accurate with the anti-inflammatory, and know that a full syringe of anti-inflammatory is enough to treat multiple inflammations.
Following treatment of inflammation, there are four tumors to excise. Treat them as you would any other tumor. Once treatment is done, as per Angie's instructions, check around with the ultrasound. You only need to use the ultrasound 10 times anywhere before you can proceed to close up.
