Abduction is the fourth episode of the fifth chapter of Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2.
Story[]
Derek and Angie make an appointment with the Hands of Asclepius to see Blackwell and learn his reasons for joining the HOA instead of Caduceus. Blackwell apologizes for jumping ship, as the HOA and Mercer have offered much greater deals than Caduceus could ever give to help him with his research. When asked about what the Delphi remnants are likely up to, Blackwell theorizes that they're likely disorganized and are aiming to damage society in whatever way they can.
Back at Caduceus, Clarks lays out what has been discovered regarding the GUILT outbreaks. Since Acropolis has been working with Elysium, it's most likely that Acropolis has a Delphi remnant in their ranks who has planted these outbreaks, and with their ties to the newly-formed HOA, an attack on the HOA is very likely and highly dangerous. Derek and Angie head to Acropolis to alert Mayuzumi of a likely Delphi agent. She's about to return to office from a lunch break only for mysterious men to show up, hijack her car, and drive off with her in it. The panicked driver scrambles into reception and points out an injured assailant who took a gunshot to the heart. Derek requests access to the operating rooms in Acropolis so he can save him.
After a successful operation, Detective Buckley from the local police department comes in, seeking to question the assailant to learn where Mayuzumi could have been taken. Derek is extremely concerned for the assailant's condition and insists that he continue to be monitored in case his condition deteriorates.

Operation[]
The bullet-to-the-heart operation is back, but this time, you have a grand total of one minute to work. Good luck.
You have only the gunshot wound to patch up before making the opening incision. Once you're in, you are greeted with immediate cardiac arrest. Widen the wound and extract the bullet. The myocardium will tear, and with this extent of damage, the defibrillator will be unsafe. This is where you're introduced to the cardiac massage. Tap the center of the screen when both rings overlap for a successful beat, and repeat 5 times to get the heart restarted.
Once you're done, patch up all the remaining wounds and the operation is complete.
