Alone in the OR is the first episode of the second chapter of Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2.
Story[]
The team arrives in the USA and reports to Caduceus headquarters. As the game briefly introduces the rest of Caduceus staff, Sidney Kasal fills the team in on what's been happening.
Former GUILT patients have been coming in with a mixture of symptoms of varying severity. While these symptoms are not proper relapses of GUILT, Caduceus cannot turn a blind eye, as a GUILT infection could induce changes like mutations or introduce malignant viruses. The cause for PGS is still being investigated, and Derek's skills are needed to help treat these patients.
Sydney also welcomes Adel to the training program, but assigns him under Tyler Chase due to manpower limitations. Tyler warns Adel of his title as "The Demon" among his students, and Adel starts his training. The program is long, but he is awed at all the new technology he's exposed to.
Adel spots Derek entering an unused operating room and sneaks a peek. With the resurgence of GUILT-related problems, Derek realizes that he will need to use his Healing Touch again, and trains himself so that he can use it with ease.
Derek spots Adel after his training, and tells him a little more about the Healing Touch - it gives him the ability to move with speed and precision that lets him perform miracles on the operating table, but it's so draining that he cannot use it more than once per operation. This great power is also saddled with great responsibility, and this is what has previously led to Director Robert Hoffman to stop practicing surgery.

This is the tutorial for activating the Healing Touch. You have to draw the star a total of six times to pass and have no time limit. You have a guide to match for the first three times before it vanishes for the rest of the level.
Bear in mind that some of Derek's dialogue can interrupt your drawing.
