Story[]
The team reaches Arbel Village, which is home to a lot of miners as it is situated 2 hours away from the nearest culurium mine. With Maria's help, they learn that many miners have succumbed to Stigma - several needed hospitalization, but many more have died. The mine has brought prosperity to the village, but because mining rights were sold to an international organization, the village receives a small fraction of the profits and there has been some guerilla activity in the surroundings. The Stigma victims from the village are escorted to the army camp, where the team takes Maria on a live crash course in Stigma treatment.

Operation[]
Welcome to the first story-based marathon operation of the game. You may have experienced this format if you've tackled the Challenge operations, but here, each new patient has their own starting vital value and Goods won't break your Chain. If you get a game over, you have to start over from the first patient.
This is three Stigma operations, back-to-back. You first work on Soma, then Brachion, then Ops. All three of these Stigma are among the least aggressive strains, and there is little variation from their previous encounters.

Getting XS[]
If you need practice, replay chapters 3-4, 4-5 and 6-1 to get the hang of each Stigma treatment. Aim to complete each one in less than 2 minutes. If you reach Ops and have time to spare, delay damage to Ops to build your Chain and score.
