Story[]
Before this chapter unlocks, you must finish both chapter 5-9 and Z-5 of Second Opinion. As you initiate the episode, the game gives a brief summary of chapter 6 of Under the Knife, and the discoveries made on Delphi's home base.
Several months after the conclusion of Under the Knife, Delphi has been defeated. Thanks to Blackwell's contributions, the world has been recovering from the effects of Delphi's terrorism.
Derek and Angie have just returned from a conference in Tokyo, only to be called up by Sidney for an assignment in Great Britain. They are to be joined by Dr. Hoffman to assess the results of a secret project that the Britain and Caduceus Europe have been working on. The three staff members are a little cautious about the sudden request for assistance, but agree to this assignment.
