Caduceus in Action is Episode 5-1 of Trauma Center: Under the Knife and Second Opinion. It's a story-only episode.

Story[]

Following Secretary Anderson's death, Dr. Hoffman takes his place as the Executive Director of Caduceus. He acknowledges the efforts that Anderson has made that led to the foundation of Caduceus and the progress it has made in the fight against GUILT, and intends to further this vision in his stead.

Sidney notes that Delphi's attacks have been more frequent and deliberate, and contemplates establishing full-scale countermeasures. At that moment, Caduceus receives news of a widespread GUILT outbreak. The staff is mobilized to treat all the civilians collapsing from this outbreak. Dr. Hoffman decides to join the fray, putting his skills to use after years of inactivity.
