"Challenge Operations" are a series of standalone episodes unique to New Blood, providing the player a situation of elevated difficulty based off an operation of significant importance from within its chapter. Unlike most episodic-operations and much like the "Operation Pointers" there is simply no presence of a briefing, story script, and dialogue. Upon episode selection the player is only prompted to select a surgeon and is then sent to the operation screen.
This episode falls after Episode 1-6, within Chapter 1.
