Civil War is the fifth episode of the first chapter of Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2.
Story[]
Derek makes small talk with a soldier at the camp, who tells him of anti-government guerillas who have attacked other camps. Adel comes in, nearly sparking an argument with the soldier as both of them are from the opposing tribes involved in the ongoing war.
The conversation is cut short by a guerilla attack and the doctors are forced to take cover. Eventually, the guerillas are driven off, and the team is called in to treat the casualties.
After tending to all the wounded, Adel comes in, having finished treating five patients in a row. He also mentions that the guerillas had some child soldiers among their ranks, having treated one of them just recently. Angie is shocked at the cruel reality of Costigar.

Operation[]
Now that you've become familiar with the basics of operating, the game will start throwing curveballs at you. You'll get another patient who undergoes cardiac arrest but there will be twists to the circumstances.
Start with treating the initial wounds and then open up the chest cavity. Drain off the blood and widen the bullet wound with the scalpel and expose the bullet. Extract it only to find that the round is split. The wound will bleed again and the patient will enter cardiac arrest. With other bullet fragment still in the heart, it's too dangerous to defibrillate, so you'll have to push on and widen the wound again to take it all out. Bear in mind that a single mistake at this point is an instant failure.
Once you've extracted all foreign bodies and patched up the wound, shock the patient to life and you'll finish the operation.
