Story[]
Markus and the team awakens in captivity. Noticing the operating table in their quarters, they realize they've been kidnapped to help research Stigma. A masked captor arrives, instructing them to prepare for surgery. Markus is initially resistant, but the captor informs them that failed or ignored operations will be penalized, and the group's lead doesn't take too kindly to failure or disobedience. They decide to play along, and they are introduced to Onyx, "the claw that tears its prey", and are handed a serum designed to eliminate Onyx. The onlooking captors are pleased to see their surgical skills in action.

Operation[]
Meet Onyx, the fourth Stigma strain. It's deadly if it ever attacks, but if you have a sharp eye, you can finish the operation without the Stigma ever attacking.
Ready the magnifier, and find the Onyx shadow. Lock onto it, slice it out with the scalpel, and then inject the pink Onyx serum. Repeat this process after it dives into the organ. After a few hits, Onyx will start creating decoys to confuse you. The way to tell the real Onyx from its decoys is to look at the number of blue dots on the shadow - the real Onyx has four dots while decoys have three. If you take too long or slice into a decoy, the real Onyx will forcibly surface, causing five lacerations that deal massive total vital damage.
