Collapse is the first episode of the fourth chapter of Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2.
Story[]
Derek reflects on Hoffman's warning about using the Healing Touch and wonders how the outcome would change if he did things differently. He pushes his doubts aside to focus on what he has to do in the present, as Leslie bursts in, informing the team that Adel has come down with a high fever. Derek attempts to treat Adel's condition, but when the procedure takes a turn for the worst, his Healing Touch fails to activate. Hoffman intervenes to complete the operation in Derek's stead. Adel's life is saved, though Hoffman notes that Derek can be going through the same crisis that he previously went through that caused him to lose his Healing Touch.

Operation[]
Adel's come down with Costigar Disease, and is treated exactly the same as you have in episode 1-6. That said, Adel first has a few hemorrhages sitting beneath his skin that could burst if you're too focused on what's at hand. Scan for them and cut them out first, then pump up the vitals before treating the last wound on hand.
The first wave starts with a set of five hemorrhages to cut out. Once that's done, the next wave will start with 4 hemorrhages, but as you're in the process of treating the bleeding, more hemorrhages will form. The hemorrhaging will refuse to stop and Angie will prompt you to use the Healing Touch.
The Healing Touch will refuse to execute properly. Keep attempting to activate it. After three attempts, the operation is forced to end, and while you are given the failure screen, you will get your score and rank and proceed with the story.
You may noticed that the Healing Touch has been available since the very beginning, so you can "complete" this operation within the first few seconds at the cost of your score and rank.

Getting XS[]
If you finish this operation properly and end it once you're prompted, you will not be able to get all the bonuses. Treat the hemorrhages two by two, and end the operation while you have treated at least 20 of them. If you can keep pace with the bleeding you can keep going until the timer ticks down to about 3:10.00, then draw the star to end the operation.
