Elysium is the story-only fourth episode of the third chapter of Under the Knife 2.

Story[]

Derek and Angie pay Elysium a visit to establish a treatment plan for Emilio now that his PGS medicine is available. Heather recalls that Emilio has no family in Mexico, and he aims to get a working visa in the USA instead of returning home once he's made a full recovery. Angie briefs Heather on the administration of the PGS medication, and Heather reveals she has the same International Nursing License and will be able to handle things herself.

Heather also voices her concerns about the new GUILT that manifested in Emilio mid-operation. Its origins are still being traced, and Caduceus even enlisted the assistance of Kenneth Blackwell, Angie's father, to investigate if it was known to Delphi. Meanwhile, a suspicious individual is spotted on Elysium premises and turns away.
