Epilogue is the unnumbered last episode of Second Opinion. It's a story-only episode.

Story[]

After the outbreak in Caduceus Europe cleared out, they were forced to cease their GUILT research. In the meantime, Caduceus International set out new rules mandating all GUILT research be approved and disclosed, while also being supervised by a medical director from Caduceus itself. Thus the world banded together in the fight against medical terrorism.

Meanwhile, the staff at Caduceus muse over their future and the whereabouts of Derek and Angie. As Hoffman discusses Caduceus's first education course, he hands Sidney a stack of mail - letters of gratitude from patients across the globe, expressing their appreciation for Dr. Stiles.
