Epilogue is Episode 6-10 of Trauma Center: Under the Knife. It's a story-only episode.

Story[]

Some time after the raid on the Delphi headquarters, the world begins to recover from the effects of Delphi's terrorism. Cybil decides to switch to becoming a regular doctor, and thinks of transferring to Hope to facilitate her shift in occupation. Dr. Clarks returns from a visit with Blackwell, and mentions that even if the government would offer amnesty, Blackwell is determined to continue his work in prison as atonement.

Dr. Hoffman and Sidney express their frustrations with the UN withholding all information on GUILT discovered during the raid, and that nobody can verify the Adam that Derek had witnessed. Derek and Angie enter the room to be briefed on a newly discovered disease. While any surgeon would have sufficed, Derek was specifically requested for the operation so that the world can know of and learn from his talents.

Derek and Angie are also given a set of letters - simple letters of gratitude from the Sinners they have saved. Derek finds an eighth letter among them - this one from Angie, expressing her appreciation as she looks forward to their future endeavors as a team.
