Story[]
More and more people succumb to the GUILT infection, and Derek and Naomi join forces to treat these patients. Dr. Owen is nowhere to be seen, while Dr. Miller guides Dr. Hoffman into Adam's chamber to retrieve a serum designed to cure GUILT.

Operation[]
This episode has 4 consecutive operations in 10 minutes, in the following order:
- Triti operation by Derek
- Kyriaki operation by Naomi
- Deftera operation by Derek
- Paraskevi operation by Naomi
As you control two doctors, you have two Healing Touches at your disposal. It's likely you would need them both.
The first operation is Triti, with a formation very similar to chapter 6-4 of Under the Knife. It's split into four distinct segments, giving a very clear plan for extraction. You can also use Derek's Healing Touch to trivialize this operation at no penalty.
The second operation is Kyriaki, but at this point you should be familiar enough with Kyriaki to treat it without issue.
The third operation is a Deftera operation. You immediately start with treating two pairs of Deftera, but with a twist - this time, blood pools regularly across the operating field, and any attack on Deftera will be nullified if a blood pool is in the way. Keep the operating field clear to ensure no interruptions. Derek's Healing Touch can also be helpful if you didn't expend it during the Triti operation.
The final operation is a Paraskevi operation. Unlike this game's chapter 6-4, you have to operate on one whole Paraskevi. You have no room for error with this GUILT, and a failure here will be very punishing. Use Naomi's Healing Touch here if you need to keep the Paraskevi in check and can't afford to spare a moment for the stabilizer.

Getting XS[]
The time bonus is pretty tight, as Deftera and Paraskevi can really waste your time during treatment. Using your Healing Touch on the Triti and Kyriaki phases can buy you as much time as needed for the other two pathogens. If you're really concerned about Deftera, you'll need to be able to consistently and quickly treat Triti without the Healing Touch so that it can be conserved for the Deftera phase.
