Familiar Faces is the fifth episode of the third chapter of Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2.
Story[]
Cybil Myers and Greg Kasal pay Caduceus a visit, bringing along their daughter. While the staff are having an impromptu reunion, they are interrupted by an emergency patient. Everyone prepares for surgery, including Greg and Cybil, leaving Hoffman to watch over the baby.
After a long day operating, Greg and Cybil go back to attend to their daughter, and Angie gets teased about her relationship with Derek. She abruptly cuts the conversation short and scolds Derek about letting his recent fame get to his head and impede his professionalism.

Operation[]
Another day, another emergency patient.
Start with the superficial wounds and extract the glass shards. Then, open up and work on the patient's lung.
You may notice small blood clouds that aren't as thick as a blood pool. These are treated with a simple application of antibiotic gel. If left untreated, they will worsen, breaking the chain and forming a blood pool which then has to be drained.
Other than that, you have to pan around the lung with the magnifier and treat an assortment of lacerations, glass shards, blood clouds, and gashes. While you're working, Angie will chime in about blood pools forming within the organ, so remember to pulse around to pick them out before they burst.
