Fifth Sin is Episode 6-6 of Trauma Center: Under the Knife.

Story[]

The strike force secures most of the vessel as Derek and Angie prepare to operate on the fifth Sinner. Angie recalls Victor Niguel shutting himself away for days to perfect the Pempti treatment after Richard Anderson's death, and reminds Derek that they must not let Anderson's death be in vain.

Operation[]

This Pempti is more aggressive than the one in chapter 4-10. Keep the laser on it and fight off each core as it appears, and never give it any quarter. A moment of hesitation can give Pempti the chance to have the operation spiral out of control.
