Derek reflects on his reasons for becoming a doctor. While his father died from an incurable disease, the treatment team has learned much about trying to manage it. In the current day, the cures for many diseases have been found, and it is not only due to the efforts of the doctors who developed them, but also the patients who came to these doctors for help. Derek keeps this in mind as his motivation to continue being a doctor.

Operation[]
The overall treatment plan for the Sinner's Savato is no different from chapter 5-9. However, this Savato is much more aggressive and attacks very frequently. It is likely you may not be able to keep up with its mini-Savato; some strategies even let the blue mini-Savato form and work around the reduced vital count, Savato also gets a new way of attacking in it's first phase, the web will sometimes glow red and it must be cut before it glows into a very dark red or else vital loss is all you can look up to.
