First Sin is Episode 6-2 of Trauma Center: Under the Knife.

Story[]

The strike force makes a terrifying discovery - Delphi had kidnapped children to be used as breeding grounds for their GUILT, kept barely alive through life support. These children are termed "Sinners" to fit their twisted ideology. Derek and Angie extract the first Sinner from their cell and operate to exterminate the source of Kyriaki.

Operation[]

This operation, combined with the rest of chapter 6, is essentially a boss rush that pits you against slightly more difficult versions of each GUILT strain. The small Kyriaki bodies here take three hits of the laser to defeat instead of two, but the general procedure should not change from a standard Kyriaki operation.
