Foul Mood is the first First Response chapter in Trauma Team.
Opening[]
At the fire scene, Maria demands to know if everyone inside the building has been rescued. During her conversation with a firefighter, an explosion occurs. Maria races off to save the victims.
Operation[]
This level serves as the First Response tutorial. You initially start with two patients. The first has hemorrhaging on the chest. The game will walk you through using the absorbent gauze for this. Next are burns on the abdomen. Treat them with antibiotic gel, placing gauze on them with forceps, applying more gel over that, and taping it down. There are more burns on the left arm. Stabilizer is also introduced to raise the patients' vitals. Next, the game instructs you to switch patients. The second patient has burns to the chest, which are treated the same way as last time. The patient will then go into cardiac arrest, and the game will teach you how to perform chest compressions and insert the laryngeal mask. After this, the second patient will be stabilized. Go back to the first and treat the burns to the arm. He will also need a blood transfusion. A tutorial will pop up on how to insert the catheter and bandage it in place, and the mission is complete.
Ending[]
After the rescue is complete, one of the emergency workers berates Maria for giving orders. Maria is angry at first, but then spots a mysterious ghostly figure in the background, soon disappearing. While the worker continues to shout, Maria becomes fed up and punches him, taking off afterward.
