From Overseas is Episode Z-1 of Second Opinion.
Story[]
These are the Z-episodes, which are unique to Second Opinion and run parallel to the main plot of Under the Knife. Z-1 corresponds to chapter 1-4 as Nozomi operates on the car accident victim that Angie had to take care of. The focus shifts to Nozomi Weaver in St. Frances Hospital. They have just received a patient injured in a car accident - famed screenwriter Alan Chambers. The media is abuzz near the hospital, and Nozomi gets to work while avoiding excess media exposure. As she finishes up, she receives a phone call, and agrees to a procedure at an unknown organization.

Operation[]
Start with an incision into the arm, and treat the blood pools and extract the bone shards. Use the forceps to readjust the dislocated radius, and then reposition the bone shards on the arm. You will need to twist the Wiimote to get the shards in the right orientation.
With the arm almost completely reconstructed, you'll find that you're missing a piece - use the ultrasound just under the ulna to find it. Reposition it and secure all the shards with antibiotic gel, and the operation is complete.

Getting XS[]
If you're going for the XS, know that there is very little room for error - you have to operate perfectly. Your only opportunities for COOLs are the incision, closing suture, and bandage. If also you make no mistakes while reforming the bone, an XS should be easy.
