Story[]
Valerie receives an invitation from an old friend to a conference focused on a newly-discovered parasite, but is furious that he expects her to go out of her way to drive down to Philadelphia. Cynthia suggests that she bring Markus along, and he isn't too pleased about spending his vacation like this. Elena's thrilled, however, and Markus eventually gives in to Valerie's insistence.
On the way back from the conference, Markus is visibly irritated that the subject of the conference was a parasite that infects dogs. Valerie does her best to calm him down. The team then passes by a recent road accident, and stops to tend to the injured.

Operation[]
This operation is fairly mundane as you tend to several familiar types of wounds. Consider it like operation 3-2 but a little harder.
After you've finished treating the skin, make the incision and work on his lung. You'll be dealing with large and small lacerations while extracting shards of glass. After you've tidied up the initial operating field, you'll be given the magnifier and have to address many different types of hemorrhaging. Arrest any bleeding with the gel, and search for and cut out any pockets of blood.
