Hall of Shadows is the fifth episode of the seventh chapter of Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2.
Story[]
At the Conference Center, Hoffman announces the discovery of four Neo-GUILT strains, created by the HOA and Acropolis. Unlike Delphi, the Neo-GUILT were designed and cultivated for profit through body enhancement medicine instead of bioterrorism, but this doesn't make the HOA and Acropolis any less guilty for partaking in illegal research. Buckley shares some intel from the FBI: One of Mercer's subsidiaries owns a large plant in Palmwood, from where he gains his medical supplies. The plant is also highly fortified and is likely to be where he's conducted his secret Neo-GUILT research. The Caduceus team accompanies the strike force that raids the Palmwood plant to help treat any injured or treat any GUILT discovered. The soldiers get caught in a trap and Derek is called to treat the wounded.

Three burn patients, five minutes. What could go wrong?
You start with a patient with burns to his chest. You have room for eight skin culture sites and have to treat four burns, one of which is blackened. The other patients have similar burns but of increasing severity - the second has two blackened burns and seven culture sites, while the third has five burns, four of which are blackened, and only six culture sites. The blackened burn vital drain is so fast that you will need the Healing Touch on the final patient to get things under control.

Getting XS[]
Drain all blood pools as soon as possible, then work on each un-blackened burn, making 4 membranes at a time. For blackened burns, you can inject the coolant and excise the blackened tissue, but do not remove it until you are ready to treat the burn. Minimize stabilizer use on the first two patients unless absolutely necessary, so that you can still make the time limit and focus entirely on treating the burns.
