Operation[]
Again, this operation has poor lighting, and the penlight from the previous operation makes a return.
You start with prying off the lid to the electronic lock, using the scalpel to trace over all the green dots. Once the inner workings are exposed, use the forceps to lift all the electronic pins out of the lock. Bear in mind that the pins will take turns glowing, and if you're touching a glowing pin it's an instant game-over.
There's a total of four locks to go through. Each subsequent lock adds an additional pin that you have to remove. By the fourth lock, the scalpel will have dulled and you will need to apply antibiotic gel to ease the lid off the lock. Otherwise, as long as you are careful with the pin extraction, the "operation" is straightforward, if a bit repetitive.

Getting XS[]
You may notice that some pins are longer than usual. Shorter pins stay lit for a briefer period of time, and observing the lighting duration can let you judge how long a pin is. The Healing Touch on the 3rd or 4th lock will save you a lot of time and frustration, but if you use it while a pin is currently lit you may be forced to wait a lot longer than normal and waste a good chunk of the Touch duration.
