Story[]
The episode opens with Valerie receiving an emergency patient - a man who picked a fight with a grizzly bear. Valerie and Markus go over the patient's condition, and begin work immediately as he's deteriorating quickly.

This operation is essentially an impromptu tutorial. Follow the instructions as you treat the external wounds and make the incision.
Once you're in the arm, extract the bone shards, realign the displaced radius according to the guide, then replace the bone shards and secure them with gel. It essentially plays out like Second Opinion's Z-1 episode.
