Story[]

Sidney sends Derek and Cybil to an international conference at Angeles Bay, as representatives of Caduceus USA. After Derek explains his GUILT treatment methods at the conference, the next to speak is Langston Miller from Caduceus Europe. Miller reveals that the GUILT attacks have been traced to an organization named Delphi and that they have found an abandoned Delphi base in Africa. He requests for Caduceus's assistance in investigating the site.
