This operation introduces large [[laceration]]s. Drain the blood, close with the forceps, and then suture before it reopens. For the bonus score criteria, a hemorrhage counts as a fully drained wound getting new blood pools before treatment.

The Chain bonus on Hard is a big step up from the Normal criteria; if you treat the large lacerations first you will not be able to fulfill the criteria. Instead, treat the other smaller lacerations first, so that more blood pools in the large ones to give you more OKs to pad out your Chain.

If you work normally, you'll never reach the Chain bonus. Instead, focus on treating the smaller lacerations first so that more blood pools in the large gashes. (This won't count as a mistake or break your Chain) If done right, the gashes will have collected enough blood to push your Chain past the threshold.

Getting XS in SOEdit

If you work normally, you'll never reach the Chain bonus. Instead, focus on treating the smaller lacerations first so that more blood pools in the large gashes. (This won't count as a mistake or break your Chain) If done right, the gashes will have collected enough blood to push your Chain past the threshold.
