Leaving Africa is a story-only episode of Under the Knife 2.

Story[]

After a successful operation, the team gets Kafi to start proper treatment. Derek is late to start the clinic, but he arrives with urgent news from Caduceus USA, calling the team to return to headquarters. While Derek and Angie were out in Africa, former GUILT victims have been coming in with latent symptoms.

Derek also informs Adel that he has a seat of recommendation on Caduceus's training program and offers it to Adel due to the potential he has displayed. Adel is a bit overwhelmed with this sudden opportunity, and Derek gives him a little time to think over before committing. Three days later, as the team prepares to depart, Adel comes in, having decided that the experience he would obtain at Caduceus will be much more beneficial to his improvement as a doctor.
