Rousseau is a middle aged man who sports a slightly slicked but unkempt hairstyle, with his appearance overall showing a fair amount of age. His outfit, consisting of a brown striped dress shirt and a similarly colored spotted tie gives off a semblance of lack in taste.
Personality[]
Often seems to be talented but shrewd, earning some distrust amongst some of his colleagues with such an example being when he jumps in to "take credit" for varying operations with some not even reaching completion; as well as sometimes showing signs of cynicism, arrogance, and jealously.
Profile[]
Concordia Medical Institute's chief surgeon, first appearing in episode 2-1 in which he welcomes Markus and Valerie back from their transfer at Montgomery, then watching over an operation performed later on. The next operation in episode 2-3 has him discussing future matters with the patient's partner, exaggerating the details and having taken the credit which is implied by Wilkens in a separate scene. 2-4 has him listen to Wilkens' condition, in which he then takes off, leaving the responsibility of the operation to Markus and Valerie. His final appearance is in episode 2-5, having been caught in an abrupt fire caused by reasons unknown, then is operated on and is not seen for the rest of the game.
