Ludwig Milan is a member of Delphi. He, along with other members, infected himself with Mini-Savato while the raid on the Delphi research lab was taking place to hide the evidence of their work. He pleads to Angie and Derek to let him die and save Professor Blackwell instead. However, his pleas are to no avail. When Derek operated on Kenneth, he helped create the serum to defeat Savato and collapsed shortly afterward.
