Bloom is a middle aged woman who presents herself in a slightly flashy manner despite the weather, wearing a patterned navy and white dress, brown sleeve warmers along with having tied up her hair with a headscarf.

Gives the impression of being straightforward while also being good at taking care of others.

First appears in episode 1-1, briefing Markus and Valerie on the incoming patient as well as serving as assistance. Her final appearance is on episode 1-5, where she along with Hoover had made plans to which Montgomery's staff and equipment are to be transferred to Fairbanks Hospital.
