Maximum Annoyance is the second First Response level in Trauma Team.
Opening[]
Alone in the operating room, Maria spots the mysterious ghost from before. The spectral figure, a pale girl, whispers one word: "Beginning". When Gabriel enters, the figure disappears. He asks a startled Maria about CR-S01's performance. She reports that he's good. Maria attempts to ask him about the ghost, but decides not to. After receiving confirmation that she's okay, he reports a Ferris wheel collapse in Oakdale. Annoyed at not being told sooner, Maria leaves to the scene.
Operation[]
The first patient here has a broken arm. The game will instruct you how to set broken bones back in place. Next, apply a splint. Bend it to the shape of the arm and affix with bandages. Before you can attach it, you receive a prompt indicating that he's trying to talk to you. Use the talk button and he will report his son as another victim. Bandage his arm and he's stabilized.
The second patient is wounded by several foreign objects, including a steel beam. First, treat the hemorrhaging. Keep in mind that his vitals are low, so stabilize as needed. A hydraulic cutter is introduced to cut away large objects. (Foreign objects that are embedded too deeply will have to stay in the patient.) He'll need a transfusion on the spot, so move to his arm and put it in. You needn't do any more for him.
The third patient is injured by glass shards. Remove these with the forceps and treat the wounds with antibiotic gel. You'll receive the scissors which can be used to cut away the patient's shirt. Underneath, more hemorrhages are revealed. Soak them with absorbent gauze and treat the wounds by applying synthetic membranes. After this, you'll need to start a transfusion for this patient as well.
The fourth patient has glass shards in his leg. All he needs is to have them removed and sealed with gel.
Ending[]
One patient suddenly enters cardiac arrest. Maria shouts at the other medics to start CPR. The patient is soon shocked back to a normal rhythm. Maria continues shouting at them and is held back. After they're all gone, she grumbles about how useless they are.
