UtK2/Others

Role: Various
Info:

Annie Fisher

(アニー・フィッシャー)
A professional tennis player. Her fame is largely attributed to her quick rise in ranks amongst other professionals. However, she soon began experiencing abdominal pains and had it examined - it was largely due to the formation of lacerations in her small intestine.

In addition to these, chiral reactions (a common symptom of GUILT infections) were soon discovered, and the reactions did not match any GUILT strain. Annie was flown in to Caduceus USA for treatment, with her details kept confidential. It was later discovered that the cause of the lacerations is the Neo-GUILT Bythos, and it was quickly treated by Derek Stiles, despite it being a blind operation. When she is questioned about how she was infected, she admits that her coach gave her a supplement that helped improve her core strength and motor skills, and that the supplements were produced by Acropolis Pharmaceuticals.

Sylvia Warenburg

(シルビア・ ワレンバーグ)
A counselor working in Costigar, at the same camp as Derek Stiles and Angie Thompson. She has become a friend and confidant to Angie during their stay, offering a companionship that Angie can't have with Derek. She is introduced at the beginning of the game and in the first chapter, she is on her way back from picking up supplies when caught in an accident involving a land mine. Sylvia is badly injured as a result, suffering broken ribs and lacerations to the spleen. Derek performs surgery on her in the chapter "Hidden Peril." During the operation, she goes into cardiac arrest multiple times, requiring use of the defibrillator.

Kafi Mugabe

(コフィ・ムガベ)
One of the patients. He lives in Costigar, and was used by the Razu Tribe as a child soldier. When Derek Stiles and Angie Thompson were working in Costigar, Kafi was brought into the medical camp. After realizing that he was brought into a camp belonging to the Dal Tribe, he took Angie hostage and demanded to be released from the camp. Adel Tulba then convinced Kafi that the civil war in Costigar has ended and he did not need to fight for the Razu Tribe anymore. Kafi shortly releases Angie, but right afterwards he passes out, and begins showing symptoms of the Costigar Disease, with hemorrhaging underneath his skin. Derek begins to treat the disease afflicting Kafi, but as the hemorrhaging gets worse, he demonstrates his Healing Touch in order to fully treat the child.

He thus refuses the procedure until Valerie Blaylock offers to raise the procedure's price by suggesting he donate a significant portion to Oliver McHale's appendicitis treatment, therefore raising his bill to which he consents to the operation.

Sprites:

Kidman

Affiliation: Parnassus (Recruited), Kidman Mafia Family (Formally)
VA: Doug Erholtz (EN)/Wotoya Kawano (JP)
Info:

[JP] (ザカリア・キッドマン / Zachariah Kidman)
Age 37, serves a role as the main influence in the group Parnassus. His appearance is that of ordinary formal wear save for the disguise consisting of a bizarrely dyed and styled wig, the amount of varying pins and decorations fastened to the suit's jacket and what seems to be a decorative mask ontop a brown colored full-face cloth covering. He seems to acts haughty and is quick to make brash remarks, which highlights his overall personality as being somewhat aggravating. The occasional display of a childish mean streak earned him "The Kid" as a nickname. Despite this he is intelligent, cunning, and intuitive- inclined to use others to further his goals as Phoenix mentioned "being tricked" in episode 6-6.

Profile:

Being born into a mafia family, he grew to become a doctor and then was recruited for the army to fight in an undocumented war. Along this process, he seemingly "fell into the wrong crowd" which in turn became a black market arms dealer and was interested in using and selling biological weapons. Shortly after Professor Wilkens was cured of the Stigma infecting him, Kidman was ordered to kidnap him and steal data relating to Stigma research, then setting fire to his office. With the help of Master Vakhushti, a mind control device was installed on Wilkens’s brain, causing him to assist the group with his Stigma research and development.
Later on, members of the group kidnap Markus Vaughn, Valerie Blaylock, and Elena Salazar, in order to help him test the new Stigma Onyx. After failing to convince them to help him conduct further biological experiments, he locks them in a slowly flooding cell, thinking that they will eventually cooperate. After the surgeons escape, he and his henchman go to Culuruma and aid the guerrilla leader Ramsey Ramirez in their rebellion against the government in hopes of obtaining the mining rights to the Culurium mines (said material is crucial in the creation of Stigma). After the raid on Wanadeo Base, he was ultimately killed by the government forces. His liver was eventually used to save the surviving Ramsey and Phoenix.

Trivia

As a result of English localization, for some reason his first name, Zachariah, isn't given and is simply referred to by his surname which can cause confusion. Only then does the Japanese version of the game refers to him using his full name, especially the website's downloadable wallpapers and in-game's staffroll listing it out.

Profile:

First appears in episode 5-4, checking up on the kidnapped Markus and Valerie, in which he assigns varying operations to the two, forcing them to assist in researching Stigma. Constantly in cooperation with Kidman, he exchanges varying bouts of info and steps up for his role if need be. His final appearance is in episode 6-6, where he is heavily injured by the guerilla's attacks, promptly dying afterwards.

Joseph Parker

Appearance: Forensics: Behind the Lies
Info:

Joseph Parker (ジョセフ・パーカー) , age 70, is the husband of Alma Parker & the father of Abigail Parker. After killing Alma in self-defense when she tried to kill attack him, Joseph tried to exonerate his wife by taking the blame for Alma & Abigail's deaths.

Profile

Joseph & his family lived happily together in their home in the mountains. Due to thrombi in his veins caused by APS, Joseph was unable to walk & thus wheelchair-bound. His wife Alma had a tumor in her prefrontal lobe, causing her to have headaches & visual & auditory hallucinations. Through these hallucinations, Alma was led to believe that her family was walking away from God's path & thus needed to be saved.

After Alma thought that she had failed to save her daughter Abigail's soul, she resolved to save Joseph's soul by engraving the sigil on his hand before killing him.

On the night of the murder, Alma put benzodiazepine in Joseph's wine. While Joseph was unconscious, Alma began to engrave the sigil on her husband's hand. Joseph soon woke from the pain, however, & saw Alma in her mask & fur costume. Not recognizing the attacker as his own wife, Joseph struggled with Alma & eventually stabbed her in the torso with the cross-shaped stake. With the attacker lying on the floor, Joseph removed the mask & was soon horrified that it was Alma. As he knelt by her side grieving, Alma apologized to Joseph for not being able to save him before she died. After Alma's death, Joseph discarded much of the evidence of his wife's guilt. He then called the police, saying that he purposely killed her. When the police arrived, they found Joseph sitting in his wheelchair next to Alma's corpse, holding a bloody knife in his hand.

During interrogation, Joseph lied to the police saying that he stabbed Alma as a result of an escalated argument, despite the fact that he was in a wheelchair. Later, when he was informed of his daughter Abigail's murder, Joseph admitted to killing her as well, even though he knew that Alma was the obvious killer.

While detained, Joseph sent a recorded message to Naomi Kimishima as she was investigating Alma & Abigail's murders. In the recording, Joseph told Naomi about Alma's diary, which was kept hidden behind the brick wall above the fireplace. Naomi found the diary & read it, & she was soon able to uncover the truth about Alma's behavior.

After Naomi solved the case, she visited Joseph in his home after getting a call from him. As he served Naomi some coffee, Joseph talked about how much he loved Alma, & how she in turn loved him unconditionally, even when he was stubborn or angry. Naomi told Joseph that it's her duty to uncover the truth, & that even if he'll be misunderstood & branded a killer, Joseph wanted to hide the fact that Alma tried to kill him. In desperation, Joseph pleaded with Naomi to find out what happened to Alma, or else she'll be forever known as a lunatic, to which Naomi promised. In the end, police sirens were heard, so it's possible that Joseph was soon arrested for voluntary manslaughter.

Liam Richardson

Appearance: Forensics: Locked-Room Mystery
Info:

Liam Richardson (リーアム・リチャードソン) , age 31, is an electrician & the killer of Dennis Taylor.

Profile

Richardson came to Dennis's apartment on the day of the murder, claiming that the victim's air was broken & needed to be fixed. While he was there, Richardson stabbed Dennis in the abdomen with a screwdriver in order to get his stash of drugs. After killing Dennis, Richardson made his murder look like a suicide by slashing his wrist. However, because he couldn't button a shirt with his gloves on, he left a thumbprint on one of the buttons of Dennis's white shirt as he was changing him. He then used slaked lime & the fan to create a small fire that would draw attention. Afterwards, he left Dennis's apartment, using a little trick to make it seem like the door was chained when Dennis killed himself.

During interrogation, Richardson claimed that Dennis seemed to be in a state of depression. He also mentioned fixing Dennis's heater, which contradicted what he said earlier. After Naomi Kimishima solved the case, Richardson arrived at the CIFM to confront her. Attempting to get away with murder, he attempted to kill Naomi with the screwdriver. However, Naomi quickly dodged the attack, grabbed a handgun, & shot Richardson in the leg, incapacitating him. He was soon arrested afterwards.

Sprites:

Dennis Taylor

Appearance: Forensics: Behind the Lies
Info:

Dennis Taylor (デニス・テイラー) , age 30, is the victim of the first Forensics chapter of Trauma Team, Locked-Room Mystery. Dennis was found dead in his apartment during an apartment fire. His death is initially ruled as suicide, due to the fact that he was found dead in his apartment with a slit wrist, the knife near him, and his apartment having been set on fire. Naomi Kimishima hears his last words, however, and determines that it is a murder.

Case File

Dr. Kimishima hears two testimonies: one says that Dennis was depressed and the other says the opposite. When she searches for clues, she figures out that he was a drug dealer and hid his drugs in the wall. The wall that was found empty upon investigation, so she concludes that the killer went into Dennis' room to kill him for his drugs.

Dennis was stabbed in the torso with a screwdriver; causing him to suffocate because he began to bleed internally inside his lung, which explains the red dots in his eyes. Once Dennis died, the killer faked his death by making it seem like it was a suicide. First, the killer created a "locked room mystery" by unscrewing the door handle enough to escape, then rescrewing the door handle once he was outside. Second, the fire trick was rigged to start after the killer left. Then, the killer carried him to the bed, cut Dennis' wrist and changed his clothes to hide the blood stains on his shirt. However, when the killer tried to button the shirt, he removed his gloves, leaving his fingerprints on the shirt buttons. Later, the police found out about Dennis' death and believed that it was a suicide because of the locked room and the knife. Naomi later discovers the truth -- the murderer turned out to be the repairman (Liam Richardson) who made up the fake alibi to mislead the police. Liam then attempts to kill Naomi after she finds out the truth, but is shot by her instead. The police then arrived to apprehend Liam.

Hiro Mizuno , age 30, appears as the antagonist & patient in the episode I Want To Believe.

Prior to the events of the game, Hiro was diagnosed with bone cancer & doctors were unable to treat it. This resulted in Hiro going insane & he went on a shooting spree. At a mall, Hiro shot some innocent people--among whom were Claire Blunt, a friend of Dr. Hank Freebird. To avenge his fallen friend, Hank confronted Hiro, who had taken a hostage. He asked him why he was going around hurting & killing people, & Hiro angrily explained his condition. Hank offered to help him, but Hiro shot him twice in the chest as Hank walked towards him. When he saw that Hank was still standing & moving towards him, Hiro lost it & jumped off from two stories, only to break his spine in the process. As Hank held Hiro in his arms, he asked himself if villains deserve to die. Some of the bystanders shouted at Hank, telling him to kill Hiro, while others accused him of being in league with him. Because of his desire to believe in humanity, Hank brought Hiro to the hospital. After repairing Hiro's spine, Hank discovered soft tumors within the spinal cord. Despite being discouraged from removing them, he finds the resolve to treat the patient's tumors, hoping to give the man the hope he was denied at first. It is unknown what happened to Hiro afterwards, but it can be assumed that he was taken into police custody for his crimes.

Alice Cage

Appearance: Forensics: Wandering Girl
Info:

Alice Cage (アリス・ケイジ) , age 50, is the wife of Thomas Cage & the mother of Veronica Cage, whom she accidentally killed.

Profile

Two months prior to the case, Veronica was infected by the Rosalia Virus & thus was prone to violent behavior. It was this behavior that led her to repeatedly assault her parents. As a result of the attacks, Alice suffered visual impairment. The Cage family went to the hospital, where Thomas & Alice were treated for their multiple injuries while doctors tried to figure out the disease Veronica had. Eventually, Veronica's parents locked her in her room, where she had a final attack of the virus, collapsing to the ground. She desperately tore at the locked door, calling for her parents.

Her parents were surprised to find her dead. Alice cleaned the place to hide evidence that she was there (but failed to notice the earring that came off of Veronica while doing so) while Thomas drove to a bridge 8 kilometers away to dispose of Veronica's corpse. During interrogation, Alice claimed that the reason she & Thomas didn't call the police or file a reward for their daughter's return was because they knew something like this would happen, due to Veronica's habit of going out at night. She then said that her bruises were due to her old age.

After Naomi Kimishima solved the case, she came to the Cage residence, where she confronted Thomas & Alice & told them the details of Veronica's death. Naomi then told them that even if Veronica's death was inescapable, they defiled her death just to protect themselves, & that can never be forgiven. Thomas & Alice were presumably arrested after this for involuntary manslaughter.

After Naomi Kimishima solved the case, she came to the Cage residence, where she confronted Thomas & Alice & told them the details of Veronica's death. In tears, Thomas said that they just wanted their daughter to have a happy, normal life. Naomi then told them that even if Veronica's death was inescapable, they defiled her death just to protect themselves, & that can never be forgiven. Thomas & Alice were presumably arrested after this for involuntary manslaughter.

Veronica Cage

Appearance: Forensics: Wandering Girl
Info:

Veronica Cage (ヴェロニカ・ケイジ) , age 23, was a former student who lives with her parents, Thomas & Alice Cage. After dropping out of school, Veronica lost touch with most of her friends, leading her to isolation. She started going out at night, & she would sometimes be gone for a month.

Two months prior to the case, she was infected by the Rosalia Virus, and thus was prone to violent behavior. It was this behavior that led her to repeatedly assault her parents. The Cage family went to the hospital, where Thomas & Alice were treated for their multiple injuries while doctors tried to figure out the disease Veronica had. However, a truck came his way, and he dropped the body there and fled. Running over Veronica's legs, the driver panicked, thinking that he killed her, and threw her body into the river below, unknowingly completing her parents' plan. Veronica's body washed up on the riverbed, where her flesh was devoured by ticks.

One month later, Veronica's skeleton was found by a homeless man walking his dog. The man called the police, hoping for a reward. After Naomi solves this case, she confronts Veronica's parents, telling them how they defiled her death just to protect themselves. Her parents were presumably arrested after this. As Naomi takes one last look at Veronica's room, she finds the word "Rosalia" written in blood under a flap of the wallpaper near the door.

Notes

  • How Veronica learned of Rosalia's name wasn't cleared up, though it might be from the hallucinations or she heard about the Cumberland Incident. This is the same as the case of the Raging Bomber.
  • Like the case with Dennis Taylor, this scenario also suffers from a major plot hole. Naomi is able to solve the case by discovering the missing earring in a pile of glass shards in Veronica’s room. Given that a month had passed & the mother cleaned the room it’s highly improbable she would’ve left the pile of glass on the floor after sweeping it up. This is even more improbable considering that her father had just dumped her body on the highway. The parents would certainly have finished cleaning up the room.

Alma Parker

Appearance: Forensics: Behind the Lies
Info:

Alma Parker (アルマ・パーカー) , age 75, is the first victim of the third Forensics chapter of Trauma Team, Behind the Lies. She was the loving wife of Joseph Parker & mother of Abigail Parker. A victim of the Rosalia Virus, Alma was driven to murder her daughter, & she was soon killed by her husband when she tried to kill him.

Profile

Alma & her family lived happily together in their home in the mountains. However, a tumor developed in Alma's prefrontal lobe, causing her to have headaches & visual & auditory hallucinations, & she also had a strange bruise on her right hand. She soon began to hear what she believed to be the voice of God, telling her that the bruise on her hand was a sigil, & that her headaches were a punishment on her & her family for walking away from God's path. As a result, Alma lost her sanity & resolved to save her family by severing their lives. Making a costume & forging a cross-shaped stake, Alma called herself the "Beast of the Lord".

Alma called her daughter from a payphone while she was out dining with her boss, Sean Bowen. Abigail went out into an abandoned warehouse, where she was ambushed by Alma. Not recognizing her own mother, she cried for Alma to stay away. Alma then stabbed Abigail in the torso with the cross-shaped stake, killing her, & then engraved the sigil in her daughter's hand. Not long after, however, Alma thought that she had failed to save her daughter's soul. Believing that the sigil needed to be applied before death, Alma resolved to save her husband Joseph's soul.

She went into an abandoned warehouse, where she was ambushed by Alma, who was wearing a mask & fur costume. Not recognizing the attacker as her own mother, Abigail cried out to Alma to stay away.
