She then leaves after wishing Markus luck on his operation, and potentially considers him as her assistant.

She appears again in episode 2-5, informing Markus and Valerie that someone will be paying them a visit soon, snidely commenting that maybe Rousseau would let them know about it. She also appears if the player fails operations 2-3 and 2-5.

Chandler Forbes

Role: Patient
VA: Mona Marshall (EN)/? (JP)
Info:

Chandler Forbes (チャンドラー・フォーブス) , age 11, is the son of a millionaire and is first mentioned by Markus Vaughn as complaining of the low cost of his appendicitis procedure (as well as fitting the role of a trust fund brat perfectly), since his friend's hernia operation cost $40,000 and that he doesn't want to be "outdone". He thus refuses the procedure until Valerie Blaylock offers to raise the procedure's price by suggesting he donate a significant portion to Oliver McHale's appendicitis treatment, therefore raising his bill to which he consents to the operation.

Kidman

Affiliation: Parnassus (Recruited), Kidman Mafia Family (Formally)
VA: Doug Erholtz (EN)/Wotoya Kawano (JP)
Info:

[JP] (ザカリア・キッドマン / Zachariah Kidman)
Age 37, serves a role as the main influence in the group Parnassus. His appearance is that of ordinary formal wear save for the disguise consisting of a bizarrely dyed and styled wig, the amount of varying pins and decorations fastened to the suit's jacket and what seems to be a decorative mask ontop a brown colored full-face cloth covering. He seems to acts haughty and is quick to make brash remarks, which highlights his overall personality as being somewhat aggravating. The occasional display of a childish mean streak earned him "The Kid" as a nickname. Despite this he is intelligent, cunning, and intuitive- inclined to use others to further his goals as Phoenix mentioned "being tricked" in episode 6-6.

Profile:

Being born into a mafia family, he grew to become a doctor and then was recruited for the army to fight in an undocumented war. Along this process, he seemingly "fell into the wrong crowd" which in turn became a black market arms dealer and was interested in using and selling biological weapons. Shortly after Professor Wilkens was cured of the Stigma infecting him, Kidman was ordered to kidnap him and steal data relating to Stigma research, then setting fire to his office. With the help of Master Vakhushti, a mind control device was installed on Wilkens’s brain, causing him to assist the group with his Stigma research and development.
Later on, members of the group kidnap Markus Vaughn, Valerie Blaylock, and Elena Salazar, in order to help him test the new Stigma Onyx. After failing to convince them to help him conduct further biological experiments, he locks them in a slowly flooding cell, thinking that they will eventually cooperate. After the surgeons escape, he and his henchman go to Culuruma and aid the guerrilla leader Ramsey Ramirez in their rebellion against the government in hopes of obtaining the mining rights to the Culurium mines (said material is crucial in the creation of Stigma). After the raid on Wanadeo Base, he was ultimately killed by the government forces. His liver was eventually used to save the surviving Ramsey and Phoenix.

Trivia

As a result of English localization, for some reason his first name, Zachariah, isn't given and is simply referred to by his surname which can cause confusion. Only then does the Japanese version of the game refers to him using his full name, especially the website's downloadable wallpapers and in-game's staffroll listing it out.

Profile:

First appears in episode 5-4, checking up on the kidnapped Markus and Valerie, in which he assigns varying operations to the two, forcing them to assist in researching Stigma. Constantly in cooperation with Kidman, he exchanges varying bouts of info and steps up for his role if need be. Markus was displeased because the Denny was a veterinarian and the patient was a dog. Valerie tries to rescue the situation by saying that what they learned is sure to come in handy some day.
