Moment of Zen is the second Endoscopy level in Trauma Team.
Opening[]
Gabriel pushes his way through the hedges, but is shocked by Tomoe's arrow which narrowly misses him. Tomoe asks if she is needed to the startled Gabriel. He dryly asks if she's trying to kill him. Tomoe cites the "path of honor" as the reason for her continued training. Gabriel asks her to turn on the news, where Theodore Gacy is revealed to be seriously ill with a large overdose. Gabriel says he will arrive at Resurgam in ten minutes to have the drugs extracted. Tomoe and Hanzou leave for preparations. They arrive just in time for briefing, much to Esha's shock.
Operation[]
For this level, you can change the oscillation sensitivity of your camera. The first areas you run into are hemorrhages; stop the bleeding. Keep moving and you'll find the first foreign object. The game will give instructions on retrieving objects with the regular forceps. Soon after, you enter the stomach, with a number of hemorrhages and foreign objects. Inside the stomach, the first foreign object will be covering a hemorrhage. The second will be hiding an inflammation; treat it with the syringe. Ulcers will crop up in the intestines; the first is visible, the second must be revealed with spray. Next, make your way into the small intestine. A foreign object will be in evidence alongside two polyps, which must be removed with the snare. The game will instruct you how to do this. As you proceed through the intestine, more clusters of foreign objects, inflamed, and hemorrhaging areas will appear, along with lone blood pools. The final foreign object will be alone; however, underneath it is a strange-looking tumor. The game will give steps for removing these: first, use the syringe to make it protrude far enough to remove, cut it away with the scalpel, and catch it with the snare and remove it. Hemorrhaging areas will occur; stop them and drain the blood. After clearing up all affected areas, the operation is complete.
Ending[]
After the extraction is complete, Esha demands the antitoxin. Hank comes up in the elevator with it and breaks the doors down. Esha orders Tomoe to inject it, and they wait for it to take effect. Soon the patient begins breathing, which delights Esha. The episode ends on Tomoe expressing her happiness.
