Story[]
The team is awoken by their captor for an emergency Stigma operation, and are surprised to learn that Stigma as mutated into an infectious disease. They are soon joined by two more masked individuals - the leader of the group and one they call "The Director", who Markus quickly suspects is Professor Wilkens. The leader explains that he intends to develop Stigma and sell them as biological weapons on the black market. After a successful operation, the captors discuss the surgeons' future, intending to dispose of them if they refuse to cooperate.

Operation[]
This is another Onyx operation, not too different from chapter 5-4. However, there is a twist as Onyx is on its last legs - it will inject a toxin into the patient's bloodstream, obscuring your view with a pulsating yellow web and continuously draining vitals. The web is also dotted with numerous Onyx cores, and like before, you'll have to locate the correct one with 4 dots on it to cut out the real Onyx body before it attacks.
Bear in mind that the web and the fake cores can extend outside the organ onto the edges of the screen, but the real Onyx will always be within the boundaries of the organ. Use this knowledge to restrict your areas of search to waste less time.

Getting XS[]
Don't be intimidated by the toxins' vital drain. You won't need to greatly revise your strategy from chapter 5-4. A perfect operation makes for an easy XS.
