Story[]
Three days have passed since the previous operation in captivity. Markus isn't hopeful about any rescue, and begins plotting an escape. His thoughts are interrupted by distant gunshots, and the masked captor hauls in a man who's just been shot. They recognize him as the one who ambushed them in the alleyway, and he begs them to save his life. The masked captor is indifferent to their decision but cooperates anyway. While the team prepares for surgery, they realize they're short on supplies, but have to proceed if they want to save his life. The captor is impressed at their work, and hints that the boss would meet them soon.

Operation[]
You'll have to extract several shotgun pellets from the patient's lung, but you have some restrictions: No stabilizer, and limited antibiotic gel. If you run out of gel, you'll have to suture the patient's wounds after extracting the pellets, which will cause some minor vital damage and register as a Bad.
Start with draining all the blood and extracting the pellets lodged in his skin. Because the membranes are very large and can overlap, place all the membranes down and sprinkle gel at any intersections to seal as many wounds as possible. Once you're done, sprinkle gel over the incision line to disinfect it and open him up.
The lung has the same issue as the chest, only that a few of the pellets are lodged further in, and you'll need to open up the wound with the scalpel to extract the pellets. Like before, place all the membranes before securing them with small smears of gel. Once you're complete, feel free to use all your remaining gel to get the patient's vitals as high as possible.
