Ominous Clouds is the fourth episode of the second chapter of Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2.
Story[]
As the team is discussing the progress of PGS treatment development and Adel's training, a news broadcast reports that the Secretary of Department of Health has been poisoned. Derek is summoned to the main office to discuss the Secretary's condition, and is chosen to perform the operation.

Operation[]
This operation introduces burns, although you will be working on the throat, which is an uncommon operating field.
Start with draining away the poison. You will need to spend a little more effort than usual draining everything away. This then exposes the burnt tissue. Inject the coolant and excise the necrotic tissue, and clear out the blood pool underneath.
Now, several squares will appear at the sides of the operating field. Inject the yellow preparation fluid to convert these squares into donor skin, which can be cut out and attached to the burn site. You only need four squares to cover the site, then apply gel to secure the donor skin. Act quickly, or a blood pool will form and cause all un-secured donor skin to fall off. Scan the throat with the ultrasound to locate half of the poison capsule, then make a cut and extract it to proceed to the next step of the operation.
Pan downwards with the magnifier and scan around for the other half of the capsule and extract it. Do this quickly or the capsule will spill and create a new burn wound. Otherwise, you just have two burn wounds to work on. Patch them up and the operation will be complete.
