Overconfidence is the story-only seventh episode of the third chapter of Under the Knife 2.

Story[]

Heather is heartbroken over hearing of Emilio's death, and Derek feels partially responsible for this outcome. The rest of the team reassure him that he did not make an error with his judgment, though Angie chews him out, accusing him of letting his reliance on his Healing Touch lead to this outcome. Meanwhile, Victor and Sidney continue investigating the attack on Elysium. They conclude that this is indeed an act of terrorism, and Victor is also convinced that the new GUILT he witnessed back then is in no way product of natural mutation. The pressing question now is: Who's behind it?
