In the wake of Derek's operation on Secretary Pierce, a TV station has come in for a live recording of Derek's upcoming operation. While Tyler is a little suspicious of the circumstances leading up to this, everyone else is excited about this rare opportunity.

Operation[]
This is a simple tumors-and-inflammations operation without any pus involvement. During the course of the operation, camera flashes can get in the way of your view, but will not obstruct your ability to interact. Start with clearing out inflammations since they provide the most immediate threat to vitals, and don't forget to pan around with the magnifier. You then have five tumors to treat to finish the operation. All in all, it's pretty mundane and the level gimmick is not too intrusive.

Getting XS[]
The Vitals bonus is the most likely factor that trips most players up. Be aware of the threshold and regularly use the stabilizer. Each tumor extracted will cause four polyps to appear, and vitals will also drop a little whenever you go to treat them.
Use the Healing Touch at the very beginning of the operation so that you can get rid of all the inflammations in one fell swoop to slow down the vital drop.
