Operation[]
This operation adds a spin to your usual mundane operation - your view is obscured in darkness and you only have the penlight as a light source. Press A to pick up the penlight, aim with the Wiimote, and press A again to set its position.
You have three lacerations to treat on the right, a large laceration on the bottom, and a glass shard on the patient's chest on the top-left. Once all that is treated, perform an incision on to work on the lung. Your next set of wounds consists of the same - three lacerations, a large laceration, and a glass shard. Treat them, and proceed to the final phase of the operation.
Nozomi pans up to the upper lobes of the lung when the penlight shorts out. Fumbling for another light source, the assistant will procure a camera flash. It only lasts for a few seconds, so prepare to work quickly. You have four lacerations, a large laceration, and a glass shard to work on.
