Story[]
Elena gets acquainted with fellow nurse Leslie Newman as they get accustomed to the theater equipment. Meanwhile, the rest of the team is in a conference discussing Stigma. The National Security Council has already begun an investigation ever since Markus and Valerie gave their testimony on Wilkens's research. There have been numerous suspicious cases arising since, all confused with other parasites; the confirmed existence of Stigma has placed Markus and Valerie at the forefront of battling this disease. As the doctors prepare to end the day with this revelation in tow, Elena calls them to the operating rooms to attend to incoming emergency patients.

This is a fairly mundane operation, combining several elements you have already seen. You'll be re-encountering foreign objects, large lacerations, and minor hemorrhages. After you've cleared out the wounds in the initial operating field, you'll be given use of the magnifier to work on the apex and base of the lung.

Hemorrhages worsening will break your chain, so once you can use the magnifier, prioritize looking for and clearing out minor bleeds on both sides of the operating field before doing anything else.
