Story[]
Derek is brought in to treat a Tetarti patient. However, the test results are unusual, indicating that this Tetarti mutation might be more contagious than others. After completing the operation, Derek collapses, having contracted GUILT from this patient.

Operation[]
This may play out like any other Tetarti operation, but Second Opinion introduces a twist to it. After one to two successful injections, the Tetarti may manifest completely berserk. They won't show their colors and they move a lot faster, releasing a lot more poisonous gas. However, this gas is also an indicator for the antigen they are susceptible to, which makes these waves a bit easier to treat.

Getting XS[]
This operation is extremely lenient. As long as you have a chain of 10 or higher, it's very easy to get an XS due to the lack of a "No mistakes" requirement. Use the Healing Touch if you need more time. Just be careful not to inject the wrong antigen.
