Story[]
This chapter corresponds to chapter 5-7 in the main plot.
The Delphi lab that Nozomi has been working in has been compromised, and has gone into lockdown. The operative requests that Nozomi perform another procedure on a GUILT patient, while being supervised by Blackwell. Nozomi operates on a Kyriaki patient, but also chances upon some Savato bodies. She's told to extract it for further study while treating the Kyriaki infection.
After completion of the operation, she, the operative, and Blackwell have been given orders to evacuate. Nozomi complies, but also sneaks away with samples of the GUILT she's extracted. Nozomi turns her sights to Caduceus Europe, intending to use the GUILT samples as a bargaining chip to find employment.

Operation[]
This is a standard Kyriaki operation. However, after you defeat the first wave of Kyriaki, three blue Savato bodies will appear and severely limit the patient's vitals. You are forbidden from destroying these Savato bodies as you have to extract them at the end of the operation.
Continue treating the Kyriaki as per normal, and take care not to over-expose the Savato to your laser. You may need Nozomi's Healing Touch to complete the treatment with reduced maximum vitals.
After expelling the Kyriaki, Blackwell arrives with some serum that will freeze the Savato bodies. Inject it into the Savato, and then extract them with the forceps. This will then conclude the operation.

Getting XS[]
Fire at the Kyriaki using short bursts of laser so that you run a low risk of accidentally killing the Savato bodies. The Savato like to move around periodically, so make sure they're completely still before injecting the serum for extraction.
