Second Sin is Episode 6-3 of Trauma Center: Under the Knife.

Story[]

As Derek and Angie discover the next Sinner, Dr. Hoffman expands on Blackwell's and Angie's backstory. Delphi only kidnapped and worked on children with specific genetic makeup, and Angie was one such candidate. Blackwell begged for them to spare her, and in exchange for her freedom he had to join Delphi and contribute to the creation of GUILT.

Operation[]

This is a two-stage Deftera operation. Like before, you work on a single Deftera pair in one site, and then have to handle two pairs in the second. Increased vital damage aside, there should be not much difference to treating this Sinner.
