Story[]
Valerie apologizes for her rash decision, and the rest of the staff pitch in to prepare for the upcoming operation. Cromwell hands the team a collection of artificial veins that have recently been approved for use, and wishes them luck. On the show, a confident Leonardo boasts that he will finish his operation quickly, while Markus and Valerie ignore his taunting to focus on the surgery.
After a successful operation, Leonardo congratulates the surgeons on a successful operation, and the replay shows that he's used his own Healing Touch to finish the operation in record time. As the judging is ongoing and things look bleak, Markus gets the team to leave before any further opportunity to criticize Caduceus arises.

Operation[]
This aneurysm operation now adds large aneurysms to the mix. To treat them, sedate and cut out the bulge as usual. However, due to its size you can't just pull the three arteries together to suture. This is where the artificial veins from earlier come into play. Position them in the junction and rotate such that all three blood vessels are aligned, then suture each one. If you take too long, blood will pool, obstructing treatment and breaking the Chain.
Once you've been introduced and oriented to the triple aneurysm, the game will throw a wave of four aneurysms for you to treat - three small, one large. Finish that, and you'll have one last wave to handle - two small, two large. Unlike episode 3-5 you won't have new aneurysms form while you're in the middle of treatment, so what you see is what you'll have to manage.
Special Bonuses[]
- No mistakes: x1.3
- Completed with [110/140/130] left: x1.2
- MAX CHAIN of at least [45/50/60]: x1.2
- No aneurysms burst: x1.3
Operation Rank[]
Rank | Easy | Normal | Hard |
---|---|---|---|
C | <5800 | <6800 | <8000 |
B | 5800~5899 | 6800~7099 | 8000~8199 |
A | 5900~6049 | 7100~7299 | 8200~8499 |
S | ≥6050 | ≥7300 | 8500~8699 |
XS | - | - | ≥8700 |
Getting XS[]
As per usual with aneurysm operations, you'll have to learn to manage multiple aneurysms at once. Small ones will burst sooner, but large ones demand a lot of sedative to shrink. Split a single syringe of sedative among two small ones to keep them in check while you prioritize cutting the large one. Be wary of running out of syringe use while injecting sedative, as you'll then be helpless for several seconds.
