Sidney Kasal

Sidney Kasal is the Chief of Caduceus USA and Greg's younger twin brother.

Design[]

Sidney is a middle aged man sporting slightly receding black hair, hazel eyes and glasses with his outfit consisting of an ordinary suit and tie adorned with the Caduceus symbol. In Under the Knife 2 his suit is a different color, switching from navy to a darker maroon.

Personality[]

Devoted his life to the study of clinical medicine after the death of his wife. Like his brother, Greg Kasal, he can stay calm under stressful situations but seems to rarely show emotion. Steadfast in decisions, others have stated that he may be sometimes difficult, stated by Cybil Myers that "once he decides on something, there's no arguing" on the matter, and having attended education overseas because others opposed his decisions. Myers also stated that he and Greg would also bring up the occasional arguments they'd both get into in the past.
