So Begins Death is the sixth First Response level in Trauma Team, & the first level in the Patient Zero Finale sequence.
Opening[]
Maria finally explains to several shocked staff members that she's been seeing a ghost. Esha asks if the accidents were caused by her, but she denies it and says something was "beginning". Naomi arrives and tries to explain it as a hallucination. Maria recognizes her from the bombing, and Naomi introduces herself. As a frustrated Maria attempts to get out, Emma arrives and reports the incident in the Transit Center.
Operation[]
Most of these patients have weird black bruises on various body parts, but nothing more. As paramedics won't arrive for a while, all you can do is keep injecting stabilizer.
The fourth patient has something different: glass shards from crashing through a window. Remove this and cut off her shirt to attend to the wounds. There will be another hemorrhage of the right arm, which will require a tourniquet. The left arm will be in a similar condition. This patient will need a transfusion. After this, the paramedics will arrive, and all patients can be stabilized.
The fifth patient is hemorrhaging and has a broken arm and leg. Routine wound care and splinting are all that's needed.
Ending[]
Maria looks up to confirm if the situation is over, but a guard begins to hemorrhage from every opening. Maria calls Hank to request backup, but finds out that the epidemic has spread. The ending shows a view of Maria and Hank in the midst of a pile of bodies.
