This operation introduces the proper Tetarti fight. Accuracy with the syringe is an important skill for this type of operation.
You begin looking at three colored diverticula created by Tetarti. Inject them with the serum of the matching color to shrink them down to size, then excise. This will then cause the Tetarti bodies to manifest.
The Tetarti bodies are each a different color, but will only become vulnerable once they turn white. Memorize which is which and then inject each Tetarti body with the serum of the matching color. Act quickly to inject all three, or Tetarti will retreat and resurface with no damage taken. Hit the Tetarti with the wrong antigen, and it will create a diverticulum which must be extracted like the others at the start of the operation.
The operation should be simple - if you don't make any mistakes while injecting the Tetarti, you should be able to finish it with very few complications and little vital damage. To minimize the chance of mistakes, aim for the Tetarti head, and make sure the other bodies are not moving towards your target.
